Entering their 43rd year, the Atlantic Collegiate Baseball League remains one of the top collegiate summer leagues in the U.S. With over 30 ACBL players drafted last year alone, the ACBL continues to attract major league scouts to their games. A list of former ACBL all-stars that are currently on major league rosters include Craig Biggio, Jamie Moyer, Matt Morris, and Jason Bergman.
The Whalers, entering their first year of league play, will be playing in the Kaiser division with local teams such as the Metro NY Cadets, the Long Island Mustangs, and the Peekskill Robins. The Whalers will visit and host the Jersey Pilots, Kutzdown Rockies, Lehigh Valley Catz, and the Quakertown Blazers in cross over games against the Wolff Division.
